Take the cream cheese out of the fridge. Allow to come up to room temperature. It should take 30 to 60 minutes.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until completely smooth. If it comes out too thick for your liking add a little bit of water and if it's too thin you can add more powdered sugar. It should be thick like a potato chip dip.
Serve immediately. Use up leftovers within 5 to 7 days. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
