Blueberry Glazed Waffles

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Combine the butter, brown sugar, and blueberries in a pot over medium heat.
Cook, stirring every so often until the glaze is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Remove from the heat and then stir in the vanilla extract.
Allow the glaze to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week. You will need to reheat the glaze before using as it will harden in the fridge.
